At the bottom of System, I see:

Edit | Attach |  | Print version

At the bottom of Extensions, I see:

Edit | Attach | Unsubscribe | Print version

If the user doesn't have permission to update WebNotify, then there should only be one pipe character separating 'Attach' and 'Print version'.

This is because SubscribePlugin version 2.0 adds a new feature to disable individual webs. (See Item11594) Only when a web is disabled does this defect occur. Foswiki 1.2 changes the templates to use the new SubscribePluginAvailable context.

Changing the 1.1.x templates early will make the Foswiki templates incompatible with the older plugin. Since Foswiki 1.2 will ship the SubscribePlugin by default, plugin dependencies will not be an issue.
