Item11837: Add option to clear a form after pressing submit - Formplugin

Please add an option/setting in Formplugin to clear the form after the form has been submitted.

Did you check the latest version of the plugin? That seems to do what you need (clear the form after redirect).

I added the following redirect to the start of the form:

redirectto="%WEB%.%TOPIC%"

When using this is doesn't clear the form. Do I need to do it differently?

That is correct. What action have you set?

If tried both of the following - neither changed the outcome

action="view" action="viewauth"

This might be a stupid question, but where can I find explanations on what the various actions mean? I've tried to find explanations on foswiki.org without much success.
