When the maximum number of INCLUDES is exceeded, the error reported is the INCLUDE loop. Please make the error more suitable to the problem. Consult #foswiki logs, 3/4/09. Thanks!

(For the record, I had 178 INCLUDES!)

Tested including 500 topics, no issues now. Recursive includes blocked without flood of errors. Setting to No Action required. If this is still an issue, please provide a test case to this item. The IRC logs were lost.
