Item1232: EditTablePlugin does not see footerrow in TABLE tag

In the manual test case TestCaseTableAndEditTable adding a row fails

The new row is added after the footer instead of before.

This also triggers me to add this test step to the other test cases I did so we get this tested in more combinations.

Note that my testcases contains an ENCODE in the TABLE parameters to test for macros in macros.

Some more info to help resolving this.

In TestCaseTablesMixedTagOrder the first case where TABLE is before the EDITTABLE on two lines adding row fails to respect footerrow.

In TestCaseTablesWithMacroWithSettings all 4 cases fails.

In TestCaseTablesMacrosInMacros all 4 fails

In TestCaseTablesMacrosInSettings all 4 fails

In TestCaseTableAndEditTable the one test case fails

I think these test cases cover a very high percentage of the features so if we can make these pass I doubt anything else fails that is related.
