Item12379: Deleting attachments with parentheses in file name does not work

Delete does not work on attachments with parentheses in the file name. I can attach such a file without problem but cannot delete it anymore since the file name is misinterpreted (closing parenthesis in wrong position). No error is shown.

Editing the comments doesnt work either, throwing some js error message.

Same happens with a file name containing a comma: "test,1.docx" cannot be deleted.
