Item12421: UI enhancements to SlideShowPlugin

I have a somewhat peculiar SlideShowPlugin setup:

which allows me to display the slide set in three ways:

• as a printable web page (default)

• as a slide deck, with comments (using SlidesTemplateX.txt)

• as a slide deck, w/o comments (using SlidesTemplate.txt)

The slide deck mode switching works by

• changing the navigation link URLs, based on the current mode

• using the URL to select a particular template

A key advantage of this technique is that fairly arbitrary changes can be made
to the template(s), to suit personal preference.

However, I'd like to have a couple more features, eg:

• toggle slide deck comments by clicking a link

• bring up a TOC popup (with links) in slide deck mode
