When
{NatSkin}{SideBar}
in configure is set to "off", the sidebar is still rendered, pushing the rest of the body content down below. Setting
NATSKIN_SIDEBAR
(as described in NatSkinConfiguration#Theme_configuration) in SitePreferences topic correctly hides the sidebar. I couldn't figure out where the setting from configure is implemented in the skin templates so I can't suggest a fix.

Following up on this little item, it appears that the issue is that the value for turning off the sidebar in configure is "none" when it should be "off". I tried manually editing the config file and inserting "off" into the value and it worked correctly, although the next time I used configure the value was over-written. The temporary work-around is setting
NATSKIN_SIDEBAR
to "off" in
SitePreferences.
