Item12651: javascript errors and 404s on pages loading datatables module

Some feedback:

• does not work when {NoConflict} is enabled
• loads the library twice on the documentation page
• does not enable jquery-ui support by default
• adds datatables to each and every table element on the page with no way to select just one specific one
• no way to pass arguments to the datatables module underneath
• does not follow minification and compression best practice for css and js

Sven, do you mind if I join maintaining this plugin to fix it and keep it alive?
