Hello,

the JSTree installed as a dependency for the Classification plugin fails to provide style.css, causing the Classification plugin to not display correctly the Category browsing trees

As I have been unable to generate the "right" one using the provided Makefiles, my workaround so far has been to copy the "classic" theme into the "minimal" and fix the css as to reference the correct theme

Repackaged it to include the minified and compressed styles as well. Were missing in MANIFEST file.
