When logged on as a user in AdminGroup, all webs show up in the left bar, even if NOSEARCHALL = on is set.

Spoke to GAC who said "Often the code early on says "If Admin, skip all these checks" So not a surprize that this slipped through."

Since this functionality has been that way for a long time, it should be documented (or changed).
