The configure documentation has a lot of references with anchors, which used to browse directly into configure tabs. For example, from the InstallationGuidePart2

Opening this as urgent so that we either fix up the documentation removing the references, or restore the feature. I think either solution is acceptable for 1.2. While the feature was convenient, it's probably not blocker-worth.

Crawford... Any opinions? Fix doc, or fix feature? I can do the doc work if the feature is complex.

IRC discussion, decided to just eliminate the anchors and replace with directions on which tab to access.
