Breadcrumb didn't detects existing non wikiword utf8 topic name

How to reproduce

• Create a topic with utf8 name (e.g. allow non-wiki-word topic name)
  
• Create another topic under it
• Check the breadcrumb
• Ascii only (non wiki words topic) is detected ok
