During the move to Unicode we generated a range of topics in TestCases web that use UTF-8. These tests have been very useful, but they are not needed longer term, as Unicode/UTF8 has become the standard.

So as not to lose the topics, I have attached them to Foswiki:Development/CharacterSetTestCases
