Item13634: TreePlugin contains non-utf8 compatible copyright symbol

Works, but TreePlugin topic contains a non-utf8 copyright symbol.

Unfortunately, this non-utf8 copyright symbol breaks the entire site, so I wouldn't call that works. (see Support/Question1651)

I can't recreate the issue. TreePlugin is working fine on my utf8 test system, except the System.TreePlugin topic itself cannot be viewed due to the copyright symbol. I've installed it onto a second system, working fine there as well. It may be something specific to OSX or Perl 5.10.0, which is quite old.

I've installed Perl 5.10.0 on my linux test system. Still working fine. Not sure what else to do if I cannot recreate the issue.

All I can say is that this was a fresh installation on Mac OS X Mavericks.

At the very least, please fix the broken TreePlugin topic and re-release the extension. It doesn't matter if you can recreate the issue if you can make it go away.
