Item13636: SubscribePlugin fails to resubscribe a topic if already subscribed to entire web

Just started testing the SubscribePlugin as being a new default 2.0 plugin

And the first time I test it, it fails

Here is the test case.

I have a web. I have already subscribed to the entire web so in WebNotify I have

   * %USERSWEB%.KennethLavrsen

This means subscribed to everything.

In a topic in this web I see that I have an Unsubscribe button. This makes sense because I am already subscribed

So I hit unsubscribe

WebNotify updates to

   * %USERSWEB%.KennethLavrsen: * - TopicName

I now click Subscribe. The button changes to unsubscribe. But if I just refresh the page the button changes back to Subscribe

WebNotify is not altered at all.

Confirmed. Subscribe action when an individual topic is unsubscribed does not remove the "unsubsubscription".
