Item1366: More iterators into their own directory

cos its getting messy in there

i'm not sure we can manage to do it, as there are lots of usermappers and other extensions that will need to work on 1.0.x and trunk. I have the changes to the trunk qued up, but will need feedback on the side effects

ok, moved what I think we can, the List and Line Iterators have been in the code too long, and would make too much trouble to move atm - it'd make a mess for dual-lived extensions - might be worth re-visiting closer to 2.0

Next release is either a minor 1.1.0 or a patch 1.0.5. We have no branch or trunk for 2.0.0 at the moment so please do not use the major at the moment. Anything changed in trunk at the moment will end up in 1.1.0.
