Before you can send out an email you have to:
  1. put the name in the Allow preference
  2. remove the .* in the Deny preference

This is hard to understand, confusing and error-prone.

This can be made simpler by leaving Allow and Deny blank by default (which still prevents sending out mails), so only Allow has to be set to start using the mail forms.
