Item13954: Extensions with "pluggable" components cause errors: No such value {Store}{Implementation}.

See Support.Question1758. I've recreated the issue on Foswiki 2.0.2 and 2.0.3 with both the PlainFileStoreContrib and RCSStoreContrib.

Seems to be inconsequential - extension installs correctly.

Crawford, I'm having a bit of trouble figuring this out. I suspect (but I'm unsure) that the issue is down in LoadSpec.pm line 300. The setting - {Store}{Implementation} definition is commented in the Spec out because it's one of the bootstrapped settings. Uncommenting it however didn't seem to fix the issue. I've recreated the issue on the latest master as well.

The underlying issue appears to be cosmetic, but I didn't want to comment out the error, as there may be other situations where it's an important error and I don't fully understand the code. Any ideas?
