Nice feature but ... Foswiki::Render tries to add a tooltip by reading the LINKTOOLTIP and then cache this setting. However when LINKTOOLTIP is set to "off" - which is the default - it fails to cache and re-reads it over and over again ... for each wiki link on a page. This becomes an increasing problem for pages like WebTopicList.
