Item14119: Highlight out-of-date extension more clearly

It's helpful that extensions with a newer version are noted with has a more recent version available in configure.

However, when scanning down the list, it would be helpful to have this information appear more visibly than simple bold text allows. Perhap you could make it bold red or bold orange or highlighted .

Frankly, all of the extensions handling interface is one big usability issue.

Another idea would be to have an action to only show the extensions that need update. Much smaller list. Setting to confirmed.
