Installed it on two Foswiki 2.1.2 installations, failing on both with: 
reddot.js?version=4.00:37 
Uncaught TypeError: self.parentElem.hoverIntent is not a function

The failure is on the RedDotPlugin page. when viewing as admin, the css and js is correctly generated, but no graphics are rendered. no red dot or pencil.
