If you have a subweb structure e.g. A/B.C then dbistore_manage.pl --load A/B.C won't work. This is because it splits the path into web and topic regexes, and then recursively descends through the web structure. Since A/B will never match A, it rejects that web abd the topic never gets loaded.

Full wildcard loads/updates are unaffected, it's just this specific use case.
