Reported in Support.Question1889, DBD module is not detected correctly by Configure/Dependencies due to an unusual VERSION string. After fixing that, discovered that DBD::Pg also has a unusual VERSION string which was breaking the dependencies check.

Both fixed in a patch attached to the support question.
