When editing a topic preferences (bin/manage/), there is a link labelled "Get help on setting topic preferences" that points to a System/PreferencesSettings help page.

However that link is incorrect, the correct URL for the help page should be System/PreferenceSettings (no s after Preference)

Fixing the URL in templates/settings.tmpl solves the issue

Good Find! That particular template is seldom used. The new Nat editor has deprecated the old text editor, and NatEdit templates do not have that problem. The only time that is used is when the natedit template is removed from the default SKIN = natedit,pattern setting. Thanks for taking the time to report it.

It will be fixed for 2.1.5.
