The AuthScripts checker has trouble when run from tools/configure. It reports the wrong login manager. When running on tools/configure the login manager is not loaded so the UNIVERSAL ->isa() method won't work. Just skip that test for the CLI configure.

Also, the TempFile checker WARNS when it's not configured. This really can just be a note. It almost never needs to be configured.
