While attempting to upgrade FlexFormPlugin
I received a notice:

Cpan has never heard of this prl module.

I did a web search and found
Support/MultiLingualPlugin, so apparently, what it really wants, is for me to install an extension.
If an extension requires (or wants) another extension, that's what the notice should should say. Don;t tell me to installa Perl module if I'm expected to install an extension, especially if cpan doesn;t recognize the module!

Extensions.MultiLingualPlugin is an
optional dependency. Dunno why it says "missing dependency".
None of our plugins is installable via Cpan. They are not hosted there. Did you try the Foswiki installer to get it?
