Item14811: problem with ACL

I see the problem with ACL for Topics. 1) Install Foswiki by instructions 2) Click to 'Edit' the first Main topic (without any changes!) and click to 'Save' 3) Click to 'Edit' and view the bookmark 'Permissions' and see at this string: ALERT! Warning: Incompatible permission settings detected. Use the Edit settings dialog to change the ACLs.

Ordinary users can not 'View' the topic - permission error.

Please look out for any ALLOWTOPIC*** setting in that topic. Remove them all. Then try again.

Yes. I trying it some times. Now I reinstall foswiki. Its a clean install. Try: 1) More Actions on Topic WebHome 2) Edit topic preference settings 3) There are present only " * Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = AdminGroup" string. 4) Clear all and Save. 5) Check Permission bookmark in Edit mode. Its True - I can see normal choices with radio buttons. 6) Dont modify and simply Save. There is no problems. Copy from backup and make owner for data and problem is present when I try the same checking....

Some of plugins may be..... How I can make debug for this situation?

As I see NatEditPlugin contains that edit.natedit.tmpl with def. '%TMPL:DEF{"permissionstab::message"}%%TMPL:END%'. And no ideas for debugging.....

I solve the problem by replacing LocalSite.cfg from 'Clear' installaion and by reconfigure...

Error is present after activating plugin 'SetTopicValuesPlugin'
