Item14995: Bug in RevCommentPlugin in combination with other plugins (e. g. History/Search)

Problem

The rewritten RevCommentPlugin for Foswiki works. But the additional functionality for plugins/build-ins is currently broken, because the Template .tmpl files were not changed accordingly.

Plugins/Build-Ins that are currently broken:

• History
• Search

Instead of comments only wrong macros will be shown REVCOMMENT[].

Workaround (History)

For the history plugin i find a way to make it work with the current plugin version (2.1.6). You have to replace one line in the file (FOSWIKIHOME/templates/oopshistory.revcomment.tmpl) with the following:

$percentREVCOMMENT{rev=$quot$rev$quot}$percent

But i have no clue how to fix the build-in foswiki search results (FOSWIKIHOME/templates/search.revcomment.tmpl)
