Item15014: prevent password fields from being autofilled in configure

ALL input fields of type passwords will be autofilled by browsers with their stored credentions for the domain. This once was prevented by giving those fields the attribute autocomplete="false". This doesn't work anymore. Instead, this has to be autocomplete="new-password". All modern browsers will follow this spec, except IE11 of course.
