The history topic created when the history option is set is not well formed.

This is caused by:

incorrect syntax
- Line 711: '%ENDCOLOR$' instead of '%ENDCOLOR%'
incorrect quoting
- Line 711: '%BR%\n' instead of "%BR%\n"
missing spaces
- Line 685: "History saved in" instead of "History saved in "
- Line 947,1289,1315: =$path=") instead of =$path= ")
