data/TWiki/ContributedAddOns.txt does not exist and so the nightly builds die

but the nightly build does not report it as a failure - so that needs work too.

first nightly build worked -- SvenDowideit - 24 Nov 2008

I understand that the nighly build is working now, so closing this.
