noticed on a client site

it looks as though their .txt and .txt,v files were 700 and owned by root, but we fixed it so fast i'm not sure - will research later.

it seemed to result in different errors depending whether the topic was the one viewed, or was INCLUDEd

resulted in a 'application crashed' white screen for the browser and an unhandled exception in the log.

I tried to reproduce this, but failed; permissions and ownership states don't white-screen. Any more information?
