Description

Specifying a target with anchor, e.g.

%COMMENT{type="above" target="%MAINWEB%.PersonalRemarks#InsertHere"}%

results in a post which gets appended to the topic rather than placing it at the anchor.

For testing, you can copy paste CommentSource and CommentTarget to your own Sandbox (On the Foswiki.org site, the problem is not present!).

Our system consists of the most recent debian packages.

For debugging I deactivated all other plugins, but the problem was still there; so it's not an interference with another plugin.
