Please do the following steps to reproduce the item:

1. Click the icon of the form (not of the content at the top of a page)
2. Click [Change form]
3. Choose the new form and click [OK].
   • The next screen shows the Text tab instead of the Form tab.
   • The Text tab is empty.
4. Click [Save] - obviously all data is gone as the Text tab was empty.

When using the item of the content, changing a form works fine.

Additional comment: Maybe related to Item77.

I am trying it on DocumentationTaskTeamProjectIdeas with Firefox 3.0.3. When changing from the Basic Form to the Task Team Form, I experience the described problem.
