Example html - which fails to get converted a TML table:
Foo a b

It's the <span id="__caret"> which sits outside of a <td>.

I'm not sure how these got there. Judging by the history of the topic where I spotted this, it may have been introduced by an older version of TinyMCE, but certainly the current version seems to think it's valid XHTML.

  • Set TINYMCEPLUGIN_DISABLE = 0
  • Set NOWYSIWYG = 0
