I do not see anything happening on this and it is for sure not a bug. More a todo from the old flood of tasks to do added November last year.

I no action this until someone wants to do it. I am tired of opening this when I walk through Normal rated bugs in connection with a release.

You are right, its not a bug - it´s a feature smile Thought it would took more coding work in the first step, but it was more about creating concepts, setting up and configuration.

Most of the tasks are done now and so I simply close the task.

Although it has nothing to do with the core of foswiki, it could be used as an marketing argument for the upcoming release like: "With Foswiki 1.0.6 a central translation framework got introduced".

It would "pep-up" the upcoming minor release and also would help to restart the translation effort.
