If the topic name has a + character in it, attempting to include an attachment from it via

%INCLUDE{"%ATTACHURL%/src_grp-gal.00.fit.txt" literal="on"}%

fails with an error:

Error: File attachment at http://jeeves.cfa.harvard.edu/mirepoix/pub/DJ/NGC5846/GlobalFit7923%2b788/src_grp-gal.00.fit.txt,%PARAM2% does not exist

Renaming the topic so that the + is not present fixes the problem.

Verified on Foswiki 1.2. %INCLUDE of files with + works fine. Closing, No Action.
