When uploading a plugin to twiki.org the BuildContrib asks for a password twice:

Well, it never happens to me, so it needs someone else to debug it. Thanks, Will, for confirming it happens, though.

Regarding to Low because I have never seen it, and there is no indiciation that it causes any real problem.

Making it a no-ac as this is lower than low in prio
