Scenario:
  1. Upload a file with unwanted chars in the filename (i.e. spaces)
  2. Get the warning message about that fact
  3. Hit the "Ok" button

The button does a history.back(), which leads back to the attach view of the topic. Problem: Most browsers (including Firefox2) wont refresh that page. Your currently uploaded (and renamed) file is not shown.

Implicitly fixed by NatSkin v3. The workflow is different, so the bug does no longer appear.
