Item5143: Create compatible pattern skin for TWiki 4.0.5 up to 4.1.2

Previous versions of Pattern skin have created imcompatiblitities in templates. I propose to create an update of pattern skin for older TWiki releases, based on the templates of 4.2. I hope I can make it...

It should cover these bugs as well:

• Item3933 - Incompatible default template change for oops in 4.1.2. See analysis by TWiki:Main/MikkoLaakso at TWiki:Support/OopsTemplatesNotShowingAnymore.
• Item5117 - CompareRevisionsAddOn for 4.2 does not work at all with 4.1.2 and earlier

setting to low priority as the continued need for this is questionable. this is more of a twiki.org/.net issue, and there are many more important things arthur could be contributing to instead. we should encourage and aid users to upgrade to the latest Foswiki instead, anyway.
