(As discussed briefly at the Feb Community Summit). Attaching a form to a topic could be made a lot simpler.

* A form should not need to be enabled by adding it to WebPreferences. The FooForm style of name should be sufficient (as is the case with Templates)

* The actual attaching to a topic should not require an "edit" step. This could be handled in More Topic Options (or handled in the Attach.. template)

I agree. However this is an feature proposal request, and is not yet ready to be a task. Please raise a feature proposal if you want it addressed.
