Item5675: MailerContrib fails to find e-mail Address for LDAP Users

MailerContrib shows the following Error Message: WARNING: Failed to find permitted email for ' * GerhardHeeke: *' when processing web 'Sandbox'

All Users in our Twiki are registered at our LDAP Server. We're using TWiki-4.2.0, Tue, 22 Jan 2008, build 16278, Plugin API version 1.2 with LdapContrib v2.99.3, NewUserPlugin Description Powered by WikiRing Consultants This plugin is of use in those cases where TWiki users are registered and authenticated ...">NewUserPlugin (v1.04, $Rev: 16184 (12 Feb 2008) $) and MailerContrib 16804 (15 May 2008). % Userinfo % shows: user1106, GerhardHeeke, gerhard.heeke@server.de

I am reassigning this to LdapContrib. I cannot see from this report that a standard TWiki 4.2.1 would be affected by this.

TWiki-4.2.0's user code is seriously broken currently. Please have a look at the patches to it at Item5118. Basically, anything related to authentication, authorization or plain userinfo might be broken because of Item5118.
