There are still some issues with the helptopic parameter of the EditRowPlugin:
  1. There is a phantom "|" at the beginning of the help topic
  2. The header of the helptopic is not rendered

I tested this at http://ala-twikidev.wrs.com/pt/view/Sandbox/PaulineCheungEditRowPluginTest

This was due to incomplete rendering of the help before inclusion in the table in the parent topic. Fixed.
