Move the html2pdf installtion for pub/TWiki/ToPDFAddOn to working/work_areas
This might be an security issue if somehow anybody could attache/replace and php file, better to place it out of range.
Therefore ToPDF.pm must be changed to use the correct location

its not possible to attache something to the subdirectory, so i cant thin about any way to replace files. In addition, the directory is secured by .htaccess Deny all to pervent calling the scripts from the browser. If the httpd server does not support php ( what i suppose ) it even impossible to run them anyway.
