When parsing a table that has the headerrows or footerrows attributes set, I would expect that the TableRow that holds the headers or footers has the isHeader and/or isFooter fields set. This does not seem to be happening, though.

isHeader and isFooter are only set when the table is finalised at the end of parsing.
