Consider a topic in "State A" that is being transitioned to "State B" with a form change. Once the user pushes the button to begin the transition, the state of the topic changes....then the edit view opens with the new form. If the user panics and cancels the edit....the new form will not be saved with the topic. This leaves the topic in "State B" with the form from "State A".

This is mainly a usability issue for me since most users will not cause this problem once they understand the system. However, it can leave topics in states that require an TWiki admin to fix manually.

I have committed the form change on the state change, so it no longer waits for the edit. I also heavily refactored the plugin to make maintenance significantly easier!
