as a part of a 'run security check and fix' button

similarly, it would be interesting to have it check for updated in the ApacheCfg generator.?

This gets complicated for sites running on AFS or others with alternative implementations of file system permissions. Also any servers running Mandatory Access Controls like SELinux (Centos?) trips up the automated permission checking.

It checks these days, though does not fix.
