I wanted to customise and modernise the slideshow, and found that too many things are hard coded - So i expect to be re-writing it this week

Why is this Urgent? It's not a release blocker, and it's an enhancement, so should be prioritised as such.... reset to Enhancement

SP has been updated in the meantime.
