I experienced problems with old TWiki .txt,v files while migrating. Attached you will find a test topic. The system is build on stable.

Error message in apache error.log

It turned out, that this error was caused by an RCS bug. When you switch from RcsLite to RcsWrapper you will have a new line between the last content and the @ sign which RcsWrapper cannot process.

There may be a migration script available, for now you can simply choose RcsLite to make it work.
