Foswiki 1.06 / Ubuntu 9.04 server with foswiki-formplugin from Debian repository http://fosiki.com/Foswiki_debian/

Latest formplugin build foswiki-formplugin_090825-197_all.deb errors when trying to access main foswiki page with:
